  3. Pack Your Item — Place the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship It Back — Send the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  5. Receive Your Refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a reduced refund or may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us with photos of the issue and we will arrange the return.

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Brief description of the issue

For confirmed faulty items, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
