Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking updates may take 2-5 days to appear after your order ships.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
- Package not arrived? — Please allow for the full estimated delivery window. If your package hasn't arrived within this timeframe, contact us.
- Wrong address? — Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify orders that haven't shipped yet.
- Package damaged? — Take photos and contact us right away. We'll arrange a replacement.
